Audaces360, the innovative design and die-cut management system used in the textile industry, is introducing a new form of access for users - a monthly subscription. The new option allows customers to take advantage of Audaces360's advanced features without a long-term commitment.

Offering the option to choose a package according to individual requirements, the Audaces360 subscription becomes not only a tool for efficient project and die-cut management, but also a partner that grows with the customer. Customers now have the freedom to operate with different functionalities, adapting their subscriptions to changingtrends in the garment industry and the unique needs of their production. This is made possible by several different packages to choose from. The flexible approach to subscriptions allows not only optimal use of advanced features, but also full customisation of the tools.

Audaces DIGIFLASH
• quick creation of a database of models,
• digitization of forms and templates for clothing, furniture upholstery, prams, car upholstery, etc.
• simple conversion of paper templates into vector ones,
• simultaneous preview of the raster in the form of a photo and vectors,

• intuitively constructing, modeling and grading tailoring patterns,

• grading without the need to use the "+" and "-" signs - the system adds the appropriate sign itself, just enter the grading value and select the direction on the joystick,
• grading multiple sizes based on two (or more) already available,

• automatic measurement of all sizes based on the base,
• creating a database of models and its modification to obtain new patterns,
• creating a table of measurements and its automatic update,
• inserting new cutting lines, with a seam allowance, taking into account the correct ending of the corners,
• placing the image inside the molds and generating digital files for printing on the fabric,
• inserting and editing logotypes for digital printing,
• matching elements to patterns on the fabric in order to obtain the report of sewn elements,
• saving 90% of working time while maintaining the best possible product quality.

Audaces MARKER
• automatic, optimized cut layouts for any fabric width, taking into account the desired properties, including straight thread direction,
• creating a layout in matching elements according to the report on the fabric,
• creating a queue of layouts to speed up work,
• the use of fabric shrinkage for all or selected elements on the layout,
• creating a group of selected sizes or templates manually and automatically,
• adding a buffer between elements,
• marking defective areas on the fabric to avoid losses,
• creating layouts with a simulated digital print inside the mold and generating files for printing on the fabric,
• automatic calculation of fabric consumption and optimization of raw material consumption in order to purchase the necessary amount of material for the needs of a given order,
• material savings of up to 20% and labor time savings of up to 90%.
