JEMA JM-120HLR is an automatic cold & hot knife label cutting machine (straight cut) with a laser sensor for measuring labels’ length.

New feature:

The JM-120 series machines with hot knife now have a function for adjusting the blade sinking time.

Features:

• High speed: The machine can cut 120 pieces per minute (with a cutting length of 50 mm).
• High precision: Photoelectric induction can accurately capture the cutting line of the trademark, to precisely control the effective cutting length each time.
• Flat cut surface: The hot knife can heat seal the cut surface that is smooth and burr-free.
• Compensation function: Due to different materials, when the cut-out effect does not match the input size, you only need to input the actual cut-out size value, and the system automatically compensates the error value.
• Fault self-check: In the event of errors (e.g. no material supply), the system will automatically display an error code on the screen, which can be easily identified and corrected.
• Touch panel: The machine has a touch-sensitive control panel that offers simple and intuitive controls.
• Blade sink time adjustment: Allows the cutting process to be adapted to different material thicknesses.

Cuttable material:

Woven labels, printed labels, ribbon tapes, bag bands etc.
