Product Description

The Zoje A9200L-D4S-W-CP Z SET is an automatic mechatronic, 1-needle lockstitch machine with touch panel for sewing light to medium fabrics.

The machine is serially equipped with automatic functions:

- needle positioning,
- thread trimming - on this model up to 3,5 mm for the bottom thread (standard 5 mm),
- very quiet foot lift, electronically controlled by a stepper motor up to 13 mm,
- programming of start and end bartacking,
- fabric feed mechanism controlled by a stepper motor - possibility of programming decorative stitches and sewing sections
- initial stitch controller,
- bottom feed with dogs,
- maximum sewing speed 5000 stitches/min,
- maximum stitch length 5 mm.
Equipped with a modern, closed lubrication system divided into two sections - the first, responsible for lubricating the hook, equipped with an oil level sensor with a sound alert.
The second section lubricates the moving mechanisms, excluding the PTFE-protected dry needle bar.Built-in USB port, which can be used to charge and power external devices (e.g. smartphone, tablet).Model with energy-saving AC Servo motor, control box, control panel and switch built into the machine head (mechatronic). Thanks to the integration of all components, the machine runs quietly and without adverse vibrations.
The AC Servo motor consumes up to 70% less energy than a conventional electronic motor or clutch motor.

Sewing machine complete on ZOJE brand base and table.

For this machine we recommend SCHMETZ system 16X231 (287 WH / DBx1) needles with appropriate points, depending on the type of sewn fabric.
