The ZOJE ZJ-USM819-5770A-150HF1-C features an advanced vision system equipped with a camera, which can easily recognize logos or rubber with a 3D effect, allowing for precise localization with a single click, making sewing and cutting significantly more precise. We can also use a standard color recognition system to identify colors and their position when feeding rubber to the sewing section. The system operates independently, so there is also the possibility of sewing without visual identification.

The machine utilizes high-quality feeder elements, enabling up to 10 cm of slack in the rubber feed, meaning the seams will be solid and durable, without unnecessary stretching during the sewing process.

Thanks to automation, the entire process is more accurate and easy to operate, resulting in increased efficiency and revenue. With fully automatic rubber cutting using ultrasonics, the seams are clean and precise.

The USM819-5770A-150HF1-C has a built-in touchscreen panel, making it easy to set the pattern and position of the rubber, even when working on complex designs.
