Versatile single-layer cutter

The Texi Cutter is a versatile cutting machine that you can adapt to your production needs thanks to the available tools. The Cutter cuts at a maximum speed of up to 1,800 mm/sec with a precision of up to 0.1 mm. The maximum thickness of the materials to be cut is 50 mm. The machine is equipped with an intelligent material handling system, which increases efficiency by enabling continuous cutting and collection of cut pieces. The modern control system provides a more intuitive and comfortable operation of the machine.

The TEXI XYZ 2016 SET has a new vacuum system that increases airflow by 25%.The working area is divided into zones that automatically adjust the suction power according to the size of the fabric. The machine is also equipped with a robust frame made of 12 mm steel. Thanks to the advanced frame connection technology, the machine is stable even during intensive use. The hoses in the machine are resistant to bending and have a high fatigue strength, ensuring a longer service life and better safety in use. An efficient cooling system ensures effective heat dissipation and guarantees optimum temperature during operation, further reducing noise levels to 65 dB (in energy-saving mode).Convenient material roll feeders are also available for the cutter.
