OSHIMA KP-190-S OSHIMA + TABLE 12M SET spreader guarantees easy, tension-free laying of fabrics and knitted fabrics from the roller and knitted fabrics folded in ""Z"" (both options are standard equipment). You can put right or left up with cutting or zig-zag (without cutting) right to right.
KP-220-S is distinguished by:
- a special system of dynamic control of the material feeding without tension (important when arranging knitted fabrics)
- an arch mechanism that allows flexible materials to unfold perfectly
- automatic edge alignment when unfolding and stacking

New in the spreader: By replacing the touch panel with a tablet with Windows, we have gained information management capabilities that facilitate the implementation and monitoring of production. We can control the course of production in real time and react on an ongoing basis by adjusting the operation of the device - we can avoid material losses during roll changes and minimize overlaps during these changes.

The material feeding roll has been divided into 8 elements. Their diversity allows for even distribution of the material. The automation is controlled by means of a readable touch screen. The device is serially equipped with a movable platform for the operator.
