Generally felts are used to spread the steam equally and to protect the clothing from spots caused by uneven steam distribution. The most commonly used felts are made of polyester, which offer a sufficient range of temperature resistance for most applications at a competitive price. Polyester needle felt V2102 is used on presses and on knitwear steaming tables as a firm intermediate padding. Temperature resistance up to 180C. Length of roll ca. 10 meters.
