ZOJE ZJ-M8-S900H-SF-LK2-V2 200x90 SET is an automatic sewing machine with a large work area that features a 360-degree rotary needle bar and with a laser to cut the material. It is an ideal solution for car upholsterers and companies working with leather. It works great for demanding sewing, which in addition to straight sections includes arcs and circles.

Large working area and large LCD panel
ZOJE ZJ-M8-S900H-SF-LK2-V2 200x90 SET is a complete machine with an enlarged working area of 200 x 90 cm, which makes sewing large projects and several elements at once easier. Equipped with an electronic system and an intuitive LCD panel, it allows for creating and operating hundreds of sewing patterns and adjusting their individual parameters for different materials. The rotating needle bar offered by this model ensures perfect stitching during multi-directional sewing.

Cutting and engraving in your project

Equipped with a CO2 laser (120 W) with a working area of 190 x 80 cm, for cutting and engraving. The laser tube is installed next to the machine head, which allows cutting the upper layer of the material, cutting the material, or engraving. The smoke is extracted from the top and bottom of the table.

ZOJE ZJ-M8-S900H-SF-LK2-V2 200x90 SET is equipped with thread cutting and a starting stitch controller. It has a rotary hook and large 26mm bobbins. The maximum stitch length is up to 12.7mm. The thread breakage sensor will automatically stop sewing in case of thread breakage or lack of it, and the system will allow precisely reversing the process by the specified number of stitches to avoid missing even one stitch in case of thread breakage.

Create patterns without limits

Complicated patterns can be created on PC using Pattern Design Software (PDS) supplied in set or other compatible CAD software. Design file can be transferred to the machine via USB-pendrive that also included in set. The pattern supports many file formats: NSP, VDTD, VDT, DXF, and DST. The default for this series of devices is NSP. Patterns composed of the device""s LCD panel can be saved in USB memory and transferred to other machines, so designing a pattern does not have to be repeated every time on other machines.

The machine is constructed on a solid metal base equipped with wheels and large worktops with reinforced construction. The worktops can be folded for transport, making it easier to move and maneuver even in smaller spaces. When folded, the dimensions are only 100 x 170 x 130 cm.

The machine comes with a high-quality aluminum frame ready for clamping materials with dimensions of 70 cm x 70 cm.
