- Personal data is processed in purpose of registration, submission and execution of orders placed trough www.strima.com as well as other obligations to the clients carried out by Strima Sp. z o.o.
- The basis for the processing of personal data is the implementation of an order placed by strima.com and after its implementation - a legitimate interest of Strima Sp. z o.o. consisting in the possibility of demonstrating the proper performance of the contract. The basis for the processing of personal data are technical purposes related to the administration of the server and for the maintenance of website viewing statistics.
- The company also processes data collected automatically - such as the IP address, domain name, browser type, software type. These data do not allow to identify data subject unequivocally, the acquired data is used for technical purposes related to the administration of the server and for the statistics of website viewing.
- Processing of personal data of the Website Users for purpose other than indicated above, i.e.: marketing of services provided by the Company, newsletter or receiving commercial information will only take place after obtaining the User's consent and to extend indicated in the consent.
- Categories of recipients of personal data: analytical tools - automatic marketing, postal operator, courier, payment provider, installment service provider, leasing provider, programmer.
- Personal data will be processed for the period of time necessary to achieve purpose of processing specified in paragraph 3.
- The person whose data is being processed has the right to access, correct, delete, limit processing, object to the processing and the right to transfer personal data, with reservation that the right to transfer personal data applies only to data processed in an automated manner.
- The person whose personal data is processed has the right to file a complaint with the appropriate supervisory authority.
- Providing personal data is voluntary, however lack of personal data will result in the inability to complete the order. In case of request for an invoice, providing personal data results from the provisions of the mandatory law.
