Versatile automatic lockstitch machine

The ZOJE ZJ-M1-S5030-SF-X-V1 pattern sewing machine with programming is a 1-needle pattern sewing machine that allows you to program, edit and stitch repetitive patterns. The ZOJE ZJ-M1-S5030-SF-X-V1 is ideal for the production of footwear, leather goods (wallets, bags), prams, pillows, overalls or jeans. This versatile automatic lockstitch machine can be programmed to sew zippers and trouser pockets, among other things.

Sewing of programmable patterns

The machine allows you to create programmable patterns on the touchscreen control panel and store them in the machine's memory - up to 999 patterns. Both ready-made and programmed patterns can be edited. The control panel with USB port supports many file formats: DST, PLT and others.

The stitching machine works well for making elements of the MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-bearing Equipment) system, the US Armed Forces' modular personal equipment carrying system.

Machine with integrated fast and precise stepper motors operating in the X and Y axis and Direct Drive system with SERVO motor integrated in the machine head. RFID scanner included - allows storage of pattern barcodes - for easy access to stored patterns.
