Leather perforation machine

The TEXI PERFO is an automatic, computer-controlled machine for perforating coated materials and leather.
TEXI PERFO can perforate holes in 6 sizes - 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm. The machine consists of two heads for perforating (punch) and a working table with motor and automatic lift. The effective working area measures 900 x 600 mm and is illuminated by an LED lamp. The machine is equipped with a strong clamp to prevent the material from moving during operation. An automatic lubrication function ensures a constant supply of oil to the perforating machine. The TEXI PERFO is equipped with an industrial hoover to continuously extract the fabric cuttings.

Automatic fabric perforating machine

The TEXI PERFO has a built-in servo motor that moves the frame with the fabric in the x and y axis. The frame is stabilised in both axes and equipped with additional guide bars and rollers, which eliminates the ""dancing"" of the frame during long stitches, jumps. The perforation speed is 1200 holes per minute.
The TEXI PERFO does not require a professional and qualified operator. Intuitive operation takes place via a functional 10.4-inch touch panel. The operator can create and edit patterns directly on the screen. All patterns can be stored in the machine""s capacious memory. The machine menu is in several languages.

The TEXI PERFO allows for the fast and precise production of complex perforated patterns. The machine is designed for use in the automotive sector - for the production of car, yacht and camper upholstery. TEXI PERFO will also find use in the furniture industry and in the production of garments from leather and coated fabrics.
